It needs to be between 500 and 750 words. I’ve got 288 as of now. It needs to be sent in by March 1st, 2012. 

I’m writing about how it baffles me that America is the kind of country where they promise dreams to come true but they don’t allow same-sex marriage and where religion can be held responsible for abusing a person who loves someone of the same sex. How is it okay to hate someone over love?

Also, I don’t feel like I’m gonna win this contest.

I love the USA, it’s my home, but, I just can’t with all this bad stuff.
